Refund policy
Our policy lasts 48 hours from delivery. (fresh flowers & Hampers excluded) If 48 hours have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or returns.
No refund can be given for orders with less than 24hrs notice for all flower orders, wedding orders require 30days notice for refund minus the deposit paid.
Exchanges / Refund
At Raw Habitat, we strive to provide our customers the best in quality and presentation. Any incorrect, missing, damaged upon opening or faulty items received must be reported to Raw Habitat within 48 hours of you or the recipient receiving the delivery.
Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted us via email rawhabitat@icloud.com and been authorized to do so.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund for gifts, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Raw Habitat will investigate the circumstances and an exchange or refund may be offered.
If an exchange or refund is being issued, goods must be returned within 10 days at the customers expense and include all the original packaging. All Delivery and handling costs are not refundable.
Raw Habitat owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.
Returns
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged, please choose carefully as a refund is not permitted if you simple “change your mind”.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including the following but not limited to:-
· Perishable goods;
· Gift cards;
· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
· Sale Items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
