Shipping policy

Flower Deliveries (including Hampers & Gifts) -Same day delivery to Margaret River & surrounding suburbs including Prevelly, Gnarabup, Burnside, Osmington, Treeton, Cowaramup, Gracetown, Witchcliffe, RedGate, Forest Grove, Metricup,Rosa Brook, Rosa Glen, Warner Glen, Wilybrup, Karridale, Kudardup, Deepdene, Hamelin Bay, Augusta, Yallingup, Yelverton, Dunsborough, Quindalup, Quedjinup, Busselton, Vasse for orders placed by 1pm Mon-Fri, Saturday deliveries orders must be placed by 10am for same day delivery.

 Minimum order amounts are required for the suburbs of Augusta -$50 plus $15 delivery fee. Yallingup- $120 plus $35 delivery. Wilybrup,Metricup, Vasse,Busselton -$120 plus $35 delivery fee. Margaret River - $65plus $15 delivery. Witchcliffe, Karridale - $50 plus $15 delivery fee, Cowaramup - $70 plus $25 delivery. Dunsborough, Quedjinup, Quindalup, Eagle bay - $120 plus $45 delivery. 

Any order landing on a Public Holiday will be delivered the next business day.

Deliveries start from 8:30am - 5:30pm, we cannot guarantee times for delivery. Deliveries to businesses/schools will be completed by 3pm. If you require a specific time for your order to be delivered, please contact the store to arrange.

If the incorrect delivery Suburb is chosen, we will contact you to organise to pay the difference. If we are unable to contact you, the delivery of the order may be delayed and the value amount missing from the delivery cost will be deducted from the flowers ordered or if it is outside our delivery area, your order will be refunded minus a $10 Administration fee. It is the customers responsibility to choose the correct delivery suburb. If the suburb is not listed in the delivery options, then we do not delivery to that area. 

Flower deliveries are made by florist inhouse, we do not use Australia post or couriers, flowers will be only left at the premise if there is a secure location to leave them and a message will be sent to customer that they have been left by the door.  If there is no access to the property or we deem not secure, we will attempt to redeliver that day if it is in the suburb of Margaret River otherwise, we will contact the customer to organise a suitable time to pick up from the store.

It is the customers responsibility to provide a correct delivery address for the order, Incorrect delivery addresses will incur either additional delivery costs or we will contact the recipient to pick-up in store.
Raw Habitat are not responsible for orders that have been delivered to the address where the customer has given the wrong address.

Any hamper or flower packages containing Alcoholic beverages can only be received by an adult (18yrs plus). Hampers containing perishable items ie. chocolates, cheese, alcohol cannot be left by the door. If no one is home at time of delivery, we will contact recipient to organise an appropriate time to deliver or pick up from the store.

We do not deliver our Hampers interstate or outside of the South West Region of WA, please check the suburbs listed that we deliver to prior to ordering.

Cancellations

Cancellations cannot be made on the day of delivery; the florist has already allocated and arranged the flowers/Hamper and the order may already be out for delivery.

We require 24hrs notice for cancellations for flower and Hamper orders.  Wedding/ Event flowers require 30days notice for cancellation.
